Shipping within Australia

Orders will generally be dispatched 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Parcels are generally sent via courier or Australia Post depending on your location. You will be given a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

All parcels are charged based on their weight. Our charges are as follows:

>0.5kg: $5

0.5kg - 3kg: $10

3kg - 5kg: $13

All orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping!

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

If you live in another country not listed above, please get in touch.

Due to importation regulations and restrictions, all products sent internationally will be filled with lupins, instead of wheat. The care instructions and heating instructions are exactly the same.

Always check any rules and regulations in regards to importing lupins into your country. We are not responsible for any associated costs incurred when the package arrives in your country.

Generally for change of mind we won't offer a refund. Please choose your product carefully!

We want you to love your heat pack as much as we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or believe your product is faulty, please contact us with your issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
