How would you like to receive your order?

Contactless pick up - available within Canberra, ACT

Need your order sooner or want to avoid a shipping fee? Contactless pickup is available within Canberra from The Happy Uterus HQ in Chapman. 

Choose 'Click & Collect' at the checkout. 

When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you a text message with pick up details.  

Shipping within Australia 

Orders will generally be dispatched 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Parcels are sent via Australia Post. You will be given a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched. 

All parcels are charged based on their weight. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout. Our charges are as follows:

Standard Domestic

>0.5kg: $8

0.5kg - 3kg: $11.50

3kg - 5kg: $13 

All orders over $120 will qualify for free standard shipping!

Express Domestic

>0.5kg: $10

0.5kg - 3kg: $15.00

All orders over $120 will have discounted $5 express shipping. 

International shipping 

We currently only ship internationally to New Zealand.

Delivery costs are based on on weight, and will be displayed at the checkout. 

Always check any rules and regulations in regards to importing lupins into your country. We are not responsible for any associated costs incurred when the package arrives in your country.

Generally for change of mind we won't offer a refund. Please choose your product carefully!

We want you to love your heat pack as much as we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or believe your product is faulty, please contact us with your issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
