These are single-use, but when you finish up with them, you can open up the packet and use the contents as a soil conditioner. 🌱

How it works

As soon as you open the packet it will be activated by the air and will warm up immediately.

These are designed to be stuck on clothing only (not directly on your skin), so you can enjoy gentle, consistent warmth all day long.

When to use it

• During your period.
• For pelvic or lower back discomfort.
• At work, while travelling, or on busy days.
• Anytime you need a little extra comfort.

How to use it

1. Open the packet and remove the backing paper.
2. Stick the heat patch on your clothing.
3. Enjoy the heat immediately for up to 10 hours.
4. Carefully peel off your clothing when finished.

• If you experience skin irritation, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
• Not recommended for pregnant people or those with poor circulation, diabetes, or nerve damage.
• Store your unopened patches in a cool and dry place.
